"a lot of" 或 "lots of" 沒有用法的分別 因為 a 指一：一堆呀咁。當然一堆裡有很多，所以之後的名詞一定是復數，即+s。而兩者可用於可數名詞或不可數名詞，不過接著的動詞必須協調名詞的可數性。 e.g. A lot of students hate exams. / Lots of students hate exams. A lot of milk is used in this sauce. / Lots of milk is used in this sauce. 見到嗎？動詞因名詞可數不可數而決定 is/are; 或加不加 s。
